Dad's Co-Chairmen Announce Plans
CHET ALVES, a sophomore, is in charge of the "Dad's night out" program planned for Saturday night. Activities include Registra tion 8:30 to 10:30, President's Reception 9:00 to 10:30, program at Parker Auditorium 10:30 to 11:45, Buffet Luncheon 12:00 to 2:00, Hanover vs. Taylor at Morgan Field 2:00, and living-unit receptions after the game. An opening student art exhibit in Parker lobby precedes a film about the Hanover Student narrated by Jim Mundt and talks by Professor Robert Trimble. A panel of off-campus study students and speakers on their countries follow, moderated by Mrs. Albert Parker. Committee chairs are listed for each event.

APO to Sponsor Saturday Car Check at West Entrance
APO will sponsor a car check this Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m. at the west entrance of the college. All student cars traveling this route will be checked on a mandatory basis, according to Tom Nagle, APO President. Faculty cars will be inspected if the owner desires. Nagle reports that a state police officer will likely assist in the car check.

Dr. John E. Horner will host a campus coffee hour for students Monday from 3:30 to 5 p.m. at his home. Betty Gliessner and the Student Senate arranged the sessions. Senate President Mark Hershman helped set them up. Living units are asked to notify Gliessner about attendee numbers promptly.

Draft Seminar Set by University of Chicago Conference
The University of Chicago schedules a four day conference on the draft starting December 47. Students educators and military specialists will participate. Hanover was invited to help prepare but did not respond. Mark Hershman says Hanover students may attend but not participate. The event is run with the President's Advisory Commission on Selective Service.
