Rioters Rampage on Hanover Campus May 6
An unruly student crowd at Hanover campus attacked dorms and buildings on Monday May 6 led by known campus militants. Unfounded rumors linked the violence to Paris West Germany Boston and Columbia University while the mob sought the business manager’s home to protest dorm damage charges.

Awards Given At WRA Spring Picnic
The Women's Recreation Association honored graduating seniors and underclassmen at the Spring Picnic on May 14. Recipients included Ann Johnson for a blanket, Kathy Sensenig, Sue Graves, Sue Hoffman, and Sue Straley for windbreakers, Diane Arnold, Sue Graves, and Marcia Carter for sweatshirts, plus paddles and membership cards for several others. Points were earned for intramural participation officiating skill teams and board membership, with blanket at 2300 points, wind breaker 1800, sweatshirt 1300, paddle 500, and 150 for membership.
