Professor C K Melcher of the University of Kentucky receives broad support for Commissioner of Education in Porto Rico. The first meet on the new track was held Tuesday afternoon with five teams: Freshmen Sophomores Juniors Seniors and Normal students. Sophomores won with 44 points followed by Freshmen 26 and Juniors 23. Seniors 19 and Normal students. J. E. Allison scored the most with 32 points.
