Hanover Defeated After Hard Effort On Saturday
Kehoe led batting for the team with a long first-ball hit into left field though Leitner made a superb catch. Hanover struggled to convert hits into runs while Crist pitched well with strong fielding support. A fast third inning double play ended Sundyvall’s advance as McLaughlin, Pitts, and Kehoe completed the line. The outfield starred with several hard chances, and C Montgomery urged Hall to deliver an oration, praising Hall as an orator. The infield, including I. James Swann Pitts and Johnson, worked into shape behind Wehve.
