The judges' decision will be final with $10 cash prizes for the best poetry prose and essay.

Hanover registration deadline March 15 requires a $25 enrollment deposit for students in dorms fraternities sororities or private village homes. Students living at home or in apartments in the village pay $10. Parents are not billed. students must consult the admissions director to reserve housing for next semester.

Constitution To Faculty Tabled For One Month
The Student Affairs Committee presented the new Student Council constitution to the faculty on March 6 and tabled it until April 17. Dr. Zirkle explained parliamentary procedure required postponement for major changes. The student body ratified the constitution last Monday by 485 votes to 18 with one undecided. Three election methods received votes and a six week exam schedule was suggested to ease heavy testing days.
