Senate Considers Allotment and Revision on Campus Budgets
Senate Wednesday increased Kennings appropriation from 1100 to 1175 but withheld any funds for the literary magazine pending a full financial explanation. It approved Winter allotments for Tassels and the Mental Health Club, and named Becky Couden and Bill Porter to chair this year’s Bike Race committee. An ad hoc committee on student honorariums was formed chaired by Dave Scroggins with Glen Bonnett as advisor. Barry Wright pushed informal debate on whether the President's Advisory Council or a senate committee should handle constitutional revision.
