Sunshine Fashion Students Shine at Baton Rouge Meet
Sunshine's Course of Fashion students competed in the International Modeling Competition at Capital House Baton Rouge on August 5. Stacey Gagliano 12 Independence placed second in nightwear while Donna Davis 18 Amite won first in sportswear. Kim Thompson 16 took first in party dress and second in sportswear. Sharon Burrell 16 was first runner up in the Cameo Girl Beauty Pageant later that night. Sunshine, director, won first in tearoom modeling and third in a television commercial. Sunshine praised the five weeks of training, and other participants Julie Harper Joyce Hughes and Donna Vining performed well during the September wedding plan.
