Nevada officials including Las Vegas Judge Seymore Brown and Tonopah Justice Susan Terrell admitted their poor performance, concluding that a .10 blood alcohol level impairs driving ability and prompting closer scrutiny of defendants who drink before appearing in court. Gerldine Christensen from Utah commented on election-year context but agreed the exercise showed impaired driving.
