A car was shipped east last Friday and a large gathering from Oak River district attended a Presbyterian church event welcoming Rev J Cameron of Indiana who pastored the congregation twenty years ago.
Miss Wallace plans weekly music lessons at the Home of Mrs. Thos Hamilton on Tuesday each week with messages left at the residence. A Foresters’ hall concert Tuesday evening drew a crowded audience and featured Miss Wallace and Miss Pilling of Hamilton. High Secretary McKinnon of Winnipeg praised Crandall’s substantial building. A Thursday ball attracted over eighty couples and was described as highly successful.
