A proclamation announces a meeting of the Electors of the Village of Hamiota and Consolidated School District No 692 on October 7 1964 to receive nominations for two councillors for 1965 66 and four school trustees for wards 1 2 3 and 4 for 1965 66. If a poll is needed it will be October 28 1964 with polling places at Municipal Hall Hamiota Ward 3 Donald Kirks Sec 16 14 24 and Lavinia Hall. A public ratepayers meeting is set for October 6 1964 at 8 p m in the Community Room Municipal offices.
