Miniota Municipal Council Meeting September 14 1981
Miniota council met at the Municipal Office with all members present. Reeve Hanlin chaired. Minutes from August 25 were adopted. The secretary listed correspondence from several agencies and organizations. Finance Committee was asked to review August finances. Tax roll additions included Inter-City Gas and others. Reappointments and staff changes were approved. A submersible well pump and top were ordered. Fire call charges raised. HD 16 B tractor repairs authorized. Skunk eradication wage set. By law 1832 read. Administrative staff seminar dates set. Mervyn Stewart hired for shed clay work. August cheques approved for payment and August financials accepted. Adjourned to October 13 1981 at 9:00 a.m.
