Hamiota schools review five year plan progress
In 1996 Hamiota schools began a five year plan with five priorities including solid basic education and expanded vocational training. Students gained on the job experience at local clinics and veterinary offices while Birdtail River programs offered wood working and mechanics courses. A new computer lab funded by the district and economic development partners supports online courses and modern technology in Kindergarten through Grade 12.
