New Provincial Lottery Launched for Western Canada
Western Canada Lottery Foundation releases a mail order only five dollar provincial lottery with ten grand prizes totaling five million dollars. Tickets cost five dollars with five one million dollar prizes and five additional prizes of four hundred thousand? to two thousand five hundred, payable by cheque or money order to The Provincial. Draws use Rye Catteau machines to select seven digit numbers for the first draw October 31.
