The McConnell 4-H Beef Club held its first meeting at the Bridge home on October 23, 1989. Members returning include Dale Murray Denise Murray Jason Bridge Darren Bridge Scott Preston Shelley Preston Bonnie Chappell Kerry Maynes and three new members Michael Johnston Daniel Maynes Tracy Scholz an Australian exchange student. Officers elected Denise Murray president Jason Bridge vice president Bonnie Chappell secretary Scott Preston treasurer Shelley Preston reporter. Meetings set for the second Tuesday monthly. Awards Night scheduled Friday November 17 with pot luck and program. Jason Bridge and Denise Murray selected to judge at Ag-Ex on October 29. Next meeting at the Boyd home.
