Blanshard Council Adopts Minutes and Sets Joint Meeting
The Rural Municipality of Blanshard held its twelfth regular meeting October 10 1989 in Oak River with Reeve English and six councillors in attendance. A joint municipal meeting to be hosted by Blanshard was arranged for October 31 1989. Deliberations covered by-law 89 11 to purchase the former CN Rail Right of Way, taxes, water main renewals, and a fire equipment reserve fund.
