Dauphin Parland Library unveils an on line catalogue for the Parkland Regional Library system. Users gain direct access to the regional collection via a terminal network at regional headquarters and the Dauphin branch with plans to extend to 16 more branches by March 1989. The Ocelot Library System, designed by Allan Ball, runs on IBM PC compatibles with Novell Netware. regional HQ uses BiblioFile and Books-In-Print Plus on CD ROM.
