Hamiota council allows basement stay. orders footings removed

The Village of Hamiota council held a September 23 1975 special meeting to address housing construction on Lots 8 and 10 Plan 924. It rescinded earlier resolutions and allowed the basement on Lot 10 to remain while requiring removal and reconstruction of Lot 8 basement footings so the building front stays 30 feet from the property line.
