Hamiota Volunteer John Rankin Honored by MAAS
John Rankin of Hamiota is named one of five recipients of the 1995 Honorary Director Awards from the Manitoba Association of Agricultural Societies. The recognition cites his long service to the Hamiota Age Society the Hamiota Fair the Pioneer Museum and the Hamiota Senior Council. He also serves as vice chair of the host committee for the Westman Regional Summer Games set for Hamiota and Shoal Lake in late June.
