Dale Langille of Stonewall turns packinghouse scraps into pet products. Her company Mid-West Pet Supply converts frozen cow hooves into Choofies and pigs ears into Porkies as dog snacks. Worried by a ruptured aorta in 1989 she rebuilt the business in a mobile home, expanding from pork farming to healthful canine chews with a national network and trade shows in Toronto and Vancouver.
