Oak River 4-H Club Elects New Officers in 1977
The Oak River 4-H Home Ec reorganized on September 9 1977 with Jocelyn Hayhurst as president and David Bullock as vice president among others. A second meeting occurred October 24 at Keith Purdy’s home. On October 28 Mrs. F Mylrea shared slides from a Brandon 4-H Conference. The group collected newspapers door to door for recycling via Cardale and Regina.
