Virden P C S Hold Annual Meeting Redistribution Plans
The Virden Progressive Conservative Constituency Association met in Elkhorn on November 8 to plan redistribution. Officers elected include Alf Heritage as President and Andy Hodge as Vice-President with delegates named to the Manitoba PC Convention in Winnipeg January 12-13. Speakers noted expansion into the new Virden constituency from Hamiota and Birtle Russell and criticized deficit spending as ineffective economic policy.
