Lieutenant Governor Names New Aide to Assist Governor
The lieutenant governor appointed Major Jerry Elias of Air Command as aide-de-camp. Elias, 37, has been the command instrument check pilot since July and previously taught as a flying instructor at Moose Jaw air base. His career includes a tour as flag lieutenant to Maritime Command, a staff pilot with 412 Squadron, and executive duties at National Defence Headquarters before moving to Moose Jaw in 1974. Major Elias and his wife have two sons.
