Speed kills Manitoba youth in MPI road safety drive
Darryl Hammond of MPI warns that cars are the leading killer of Manitoban 16 to 24 year olds with an average 32 deaths yearly where speed is a major factor. The Fall 96 Speed Kills campaign targets young male drivers 16 to 30 to curb speeding and reduce fatal collisions.
