Bakery warms community mornings at Byers Bakery

The Byers family and staff begin at 3:00 a.m. with Ron opening ovens and Darlene shaping dough for rising. The shop bakes about 500 loaves daily plus 100 dozen buns and 20-30 dozen fried treats, with muffins, cookies, tarts, pies, and cakes rotated to meet demand.
