Holland Based Lyndon Holland Heads To Ennia Cup
Lyndon Johnston Holland and Melinda Kunheggi compete in the Ennia Challenge Cup in The Hague November 9 to 13 with the Canadian skating team including Charlene Wong Gordon Forbes and Rod and Karyn Garossino. They will then travel to Zagreb for singles events with John Thomas and Kelly Johnson. Carded athlete status earns each $385 monthly for nine months from the Sports Federation of Canada.

The 1st Hamiota Girl Guide Association reorganized on September 17 with 31 Brownies, 15 Girl Guides, and 2 Pathfinders registered under listed leaders. A parent meeting formed the committee. The Neepawa and District Disabled Personal Association runs the service within Neepawa and to Langford Lansdowne and Rosedale. The grant aids the Program for Transportation of Handicapped Persons in Rural Manitoba, offering financial and technical help to municipalities establishing such services.
