R.M. of Blanshard advances cemetery expansion and costs
The May 10 council meeting approved purchasing an acre and a half from Deerborne Holding Co for 450 and covered subdivision legal fees. A by law on house numbering and a business assessment cancellation were passed. The RM outlined water line extensions, beaver control, fire dept gear upgrades, and rental property tenders. Additional actions included finance approvals, grant applications, and drafting a waste management meeting with Woodworth.
