The Royal Assent Tour in Hamiota on May 9 drew well over 850 attendees for a Manitoba heritage program. Lions pancake breakfast and local councils organized the event with area schools Hamiota Strathclair Oak River and Kenton in attendance.

Lessons start after school in June with July and August session options and new solar heating improves efficiency.
