Concerned Citizens of Birtle Presbytery met in Rossburn on Friday April 27 with Dorothy Evelyn Delgaty as secretary treasurer. Rev. Tom Delgaty reported on a Hamilton Lent conference on Jesus justice and faithfulness, tied to the United Church of Canada formed by union. Special speakers included Dr. Elizabeth Achtemier and Dr. Gordon Hunter. discussions covered General Council planning for 1990 and theology outreach. Lunch followed and fellowship concluded the session.
