Blanshard approves 1996 budget and capital plans

The R M of Blanshard held an April 2 1996 special meeting to finalize the 1996 budget and discuss road rebuilding funds. Council allocated 25000 to the Community Development Corporation for 1996 and planned tax levy details including a 1 ¼ percent monthly penalty after November 1 1996.

Mathison to be head instructor for Hamiota pool
