Bench Clearing Brawl Ends Huskies Playoffs Hope In Silver Heights
The Manitoba high school hockey league suspended the Silver Heights Huskies after a bench clearing brawl at the end of a 5-2 win over Maples Marauders. Officials said the incident involved all 35 players and some spectators, leading to disqualification from playoffs and season suspension. The event draws a harsh critique of youth sports culture, parental influence, and the role of coaches.
