Crandall United Church to Close After 100 Years
After a century of service Crandall United Church will close on July 2 due to dwindling attendance. The church plans transfer of building and assets to Crandall Community Centre while preserving wedding and funeral use. Presbytery approved the plan and required funds be donated to the United Church Archives and a cairn be erected to mark the church’s history.
