Shoal Lake stores close at noon every Wednesday through July and August. A featured summer provision is Chamberlain's Colic Cholera and Diarrhoea Remedy available from all dealers to guard against ailments.

They promote inoculated soil and will supply one hundred pounds per acre free from experimental farms Brandon or the college.
