Ethel Robertson Key to Hamiota Fair Operations
The Hamiota Agricultural Society relies on Secretary Treasurer Ethel Robertson to manage the Fair Book entries prizes and sponsors. She coordinates judge books collects entries distributes ribbons and handles late entries while processing payments and filings with the Department of Agriculture for reimbursements. The 101 year old fair runs July 22 with 200 plus entries and $7,000 in prizes, thanks to Robertson and other volunteers.
