Fifty years of worship celebrated at Hamiota Pentecostal Church
Hamiota Pentecostal marked 50 years of ministry with July 2 and 3 services. Former ministers and local supporters attended while Reg Hoover, a former pastor, could not travel due to back pain. Mary Hoover recalled their Brazil mission years and urged youth to seek God’s plan. Messages from district leaders and former members aired, a $480.25 anniversary offering was received, and a $1,000 donation advanced a new piano project awaiting further gifts.
