Heritage Arts Centre Nears Completion In Rural Manitoba District

The Heritage Arts Centre in the old Royal Bank building nears completion as phases five to seven add finishing touches. The Mid-West Arts Council serves Hamiota district, inviting residents and visitors to Thursday Tea at the Bank to view the transformed space and its new exhibition studio and office functions.
