Gompf couple marks 25th wedding anniversary in Kenton
Lorne and Jean Gompf celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary with a June 25 1983 supper and dance at Kenton Memorial Hall. St John Ambulance Receives $30,000 Manitoba Grant
Environment and Work place Safety and Health Minister Jay Cowan announced St John Ambulance will receive a $30,000 grant for industrial safety and first aid training in 1983 84. Funds come from the Workers Compensation Board Accident fund and are issued in four instalments. An estimated 6000 workers and employers will take part.
