4 H Council Receives Funding for Celebration
The Manitoba 4 H Council gains a $12 600 grant under the Canada Manitoba Tourism Development Agreement to promote its 75th anniversary in Portage la Prairie from August 5 to 7 1988. The plan includes direct mail and print campaigns addressing markets across Canada and in North and South Dakota and Minnesota.
