Power Up computer training helps Manitoba women
Seventy eight Manitoba women graduate as the first cohort of the Power Up program announced by Rosemary Vodrey. Since March 8 over 1,200 women have registered with courses expanding to 30 communities. The 15 hour, free training covers word processing and Internet use in a lab with an instructor and workbook.
