Fax greeting cards go global from Wayne Fromm's venture

Wayne Fromm, 25, owner of Video Invasion and head of The Fromm Group, showcases his faxable greeting cards at the National Stationery Show in New York. The flat, unfolded cards pair a comic image with a fillable fax form, designed to be sent via fax. Firms in Australia, Sweden, Colombia, England, the Netherlands, Italy, and the U.S. show interest as U.S. sales hit 7.1 billion cards last year. Fromm, who pioneered fax use in 1971, expects Canadian and U.S. stores to carry the cards by late June with $2.25 price.
