The shuffleboard and carpet bowling clubs held their annual Christmas party at the Community Centre on December 22. Twenty tables of whist, top cards won by Lottie Mathison and Herald Hall, low scores by Edith Park and Norman Webber. Old Time Orchestra and Senior Choir provided carols and music. Donations were given for the future Personal Care Home of Hamiota. A bountiful lunch followed.
