C M H A Meeting Reports From Chumah Hall
The Canadian Mental Health Association met in Chumah Hall on Friday February 13 with Mrs Dorothy Hudson presiding. She reported on West Man Regional C M H A meetings at Brandon and outlined a Stress project with questionnaires to be sent to organizations for discussion and evaluation. A canvass in place of bake sales and candles was decided. The Youth Group led by the Hansens and Scotts will canvass on Monday evening March 1 receipts to be issued. Gifts for Brandon Christmas mentally ill patients were gratefully received December 14 and brought cheer.

Rolling River School Division Board Meeting Highlights
The Rolling River School Division board met on February 5 and passed a resolution seeking Public Schools Finance Board approval to sell the old Sandy Lake school site. A by law discussed selling four lots to Rapid City. Buck Campell and Bardsley named as division auditors. A regional Manitoba Association of School Trustees report from Brandon, February 2 was presented. plaques for Onanole volunteers approved. Policy handbook to be updated with MAST help. Seminars on Curriculum Development and Communications were reported. Trustees Grant and McKeand attended the latter. Custodian and transportation committees reported briefly.

The Hamiota Tossing Manes held their fourth meeting on February 10 with eight members and two leaders. They opened with the 4H pledge and motto and approved a five dollar donation to the Ability Fund. Terri Mathison and Barbie McConnell spoke, Trudi Cable will present next, and a Unit One test of the Light Horse Manual was reviewed with correct answers. The next meeting is set for February 24.

Senior Citizens Enjoy Afternoon with Square Dancers
The Senior Citizens club met February 18 with 42 members present. After cards until 3 30 pm the Hamiota Square Dancers entertained for over 30 minutes. Dancers Charlie and Edna Rogers Dot and Rene Lepine Ethel and Ross Robertson and Lionel and Eileen Brown performed. President Ernie Sunley thanked them and invited all seniors to join weekly Wednesdays at 2 pm.
