In Hamiota the Brownies started with three girls, grew to seven, and enrolled four new members on November 6 in a joint ceremony with the Guides. They held a Hobo Party, Christmas wagon ride, and planned parties to earn badges such as Golden Bar and World Friendship while learning about Thinking Day and Baden Powell. A skating party with Decker Brownies and Guides occurred in February.
