Birtle Presbytery Meets at Shoal Lake
The Executive meeting of the Birtle Presbyterial W.M.S. was held at Shoal Lake United Church on February 19 1955 with eighteen ladies including district auxiliary presidents. President Mrs. Dixon led worship on More Stately Mansions. Reports were discussed for the May Presbyterial Conference. Shoal Lake W.A. served dinner and tea. Fraser rink won the S A F E trophy over Birtwhistle’s team after a late rally, with several players from Tappen.
