Miniota U C W Seeks History as They Discuss Faith and Society
The Miniota United Church Women review Living Between Memory and Hope at the February meeting and plan events through spring. They discuss biblical relevance to politics and justice, prepare for the World Day of Prayer on March 5 at United Church, and set April 2 as the next regular gathering at Mary Taylors. The group will join the Twin Valley Co-op smorgasbord March 11 and arrange catering for July 4 and 31. Edna Reynolds and Maude Leland coordinate Miniota and Arrow River efforts, with host duties for the Birtle Presbyterial annual on March 25. Laura Long organizes tea social after the meeting.
