Little M Rodeo Faces Possible Cancellation This Year
Miniota community ponders the fate of its Little M Rodeo as declining crowd attendance and a recent loss mark the first deficit in over two decades. A public meeting is set for Feb 23 at 8 00 p m in the Miniota Community Hall to decide whether the one day Manitoba event continues. Suspects Sought After Co‑op Break‑ins In Oak Lake And Oak River
RCMP seek public help to locate a 1979 dark brown Chrysler Cordoba suspected used in two break in incidents. Thieves hit Oak Lake Co‑op store stealing cigarettes then fled toward Oak River where they were seen trying to enter the Oak River Co‑op before vanishing. Authorities request tips assisting in locating the vehicle and suspects.
