Opening day for Co op draws near at new Hamiota store
After months of waiting, the Hamiota Co op prepares to open at 9:00 a.m. Friday Feb 13 in a larger facility. The old store closes Feb 9 to 12 as staff move stock and set up shelving while 1,100 new grocery items will be added to the inventory. General Manager Shirley Dale expresses excitement over improved efficiency and expanded selection.
