The W I held its Annual Tea and Bake Sale in the church basement and collected about 163 dollars. Couple Honored McCONNELL In School Farewell
On December 8 a farewell party at the school honored Steve McMurachy and Rita Murdoch. Jack and Mabel Wright ushered them in. Raymond Moffat read the address and Evelyn Moffat presented a chiming wall clock. Steve thanked the group before cards and lunch. The couple now reside in Strathclair.
