Arrow River Ladies Group Holds Monthly Meetings in Community
The Arrow River Ladies Group remains active with new officers led by president Jan Carnegie and a monthly meeting routine addressing community business. They donate to 4-H public speaking, Arthritis Society, Hospital Allocation, and local projects among others while also catering and handling funerals and showers. A December 9 Christmas meeting at Pat Lelands drew 10 attendees with Wendy Leland as president. Recent community events include a graveside service for Rosie Lelond, a Christmas tree event on December 6, and a program noting local crafts and skits.
