Plans for North NE residential expansion and street extensions
The town outlines potential development of up to 22 residential lots in the NE area with water and sewer lines already in place for five lots. Linden Ave and Basswood Ave will extend east from current endpoints, servicing the north side, with Willow Crescent extended north to provide access. A land deal with Bar and Lorraine Brooks funded 20 acres for future development, though full buildout may take years.
