Hudson Suite Provides Home Like Palliative Care at Health Centre
The Hudson Suite at Hamiota District Health Centre offers a private, home like space for terminally ill patients and their families. A renovated storage room became a self contained unit with bath, kitchenette, and comforts, linked to a private family room and garden access. Donations from the foundation and community funded the project with tax receipts issued for donations.
